Shipping and delivery policy

For the moment, PannaManna Ceramics (PMC) ships nationally (within Hungary) and regionally (within the European Union). For any shipping requests outside this territory, please contact us at pannamannadesign@gmail.com.

Once your order has been confirmed, it will take 3 to 5 working days to process and prepare your order for shipping.

Depending on your location and the shipping option you choose, your order will arrive between 2 and 15 business days from the date it is shipped. Please note that on rare occasions (especially during peak times) delivery of your order may take longer than expected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can stay informed about your package location and estimated delivery date.

Delivery costs vary according to the destination country and the weight of parcel and will be added in the final step of checkout process.
