Some of the questions often asked about PannaManna Ceramics (PMC) and handmade ceramics in general are collected here. I hope you find these information useful, but if you still could not find what you were looking for, please do not hesitate to contact me!


Q: Every item is sold out in the webshop, when are products available?
A: Preparing handmade ceramics takes time. I run production cycles and update the webshop about once every month or so, when a collection is ready. Information on upcoming shop updates is available on PMC’s social accounts and in the newsletter.

Q: Are the products available in any physical store?
A: At the moment, the products are not available in any store, you can only purchase them through the webshop. Nevertheless, I sometimes attend craft markets and keep an open mind concerning cooperations with interested stores. Again, information on upcoming events and cooperations are available on PMC’s social accounts and in the newsletter.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: At the moment, I do not take custom orders. The reason is that my production capacity is limited, and I like it that way: mass production has never been my intention. Custom orders have often proved complicated and time-consuming to handle. For now, I prefer focusing on creating and establishing exciting collaborations. You are always welcome to join at one of my workshops so I can help you to create what you wish for.

Q: Do you take wholesale orders or collabs?
A: I would be happy to discuss and consider inquiries for wholesale orders and collaborations. Such decisions are based on the nature of requests and my capacity.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: For the moment, I ship PannaMannas only within the European Union. For information on shipping, please do consult the delivery policy.

Q: How will you pack my order?
A: Although stoneware ceramics are durable, they are still fragile by nature. Thus, I do my best to pack them in a way, so they arrive to you safely and intact. Also, I strive to use as little plastic as possible therefore most of PannaManna items are packed in eco-friendly, repurposed or recyclable packaging. If you receive your order damaged, please notify me immediately. For information on damages and refund, please consult the return and refund policy.
