Return and refund policy

RETURN

PannaManna Ceramics (PMC) has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email: pannamannadesign@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

You need to return the item in the original packaging to ensure safe delivery. Please be sure to wrap the item carefully to avoid damage during shipping. Please be aware that you are responsible for any damaged or lost returns. PMC is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable, and we will not be able to cover the cost to send items back.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please check the contents of your parcel upon receipt and notify us if you notice that the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. If you receive damaged items, please contact us at pannamannadesing@gmail.com within 24 hours after receipt. We will replace the item or refund the cost of the item if it is no longer available.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
